Data we process
- The content of the email you send to the test address (headers and body).
- SMTP connection metadata: sending IP address, HELO/EHLO, envelope MAIL FROM.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to perform the deliverability analysis you requested (provision of a service at your initiative). We never sell or share data with third parties.
Retention
The report is kept only as long as needed to show it to you and for a limited consultation window, then deleted. No account is required.
Subprocessors
Spam analysis runs on Rspamd hosted on our own infrastructure. We do not send your messages to external services. Fonts are self-hosted: no requests to third-party CDNs.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification or erasure of your data. The mailtester.eu edition is configured for processing within the European Union.
